The Online Payment Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all payments made through our website www.lapisproperties.com for real estate transactions ("Transactions"), including but not limited to the payment of deposits, rents and property purchases. By making an online payment, you agree to these Terms in full.
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and any other method specified on our website.
2.2 Payment Currency: We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers. All payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
2.3 Transaction Fees: The payer is responsible for any fees charged by their financial institution.
2.4 Authorization: By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
2.5 Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the transaction details. Please retain this email as proof of payment.
3.1 Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made for real estate transactions, including deposits, rent and property purchases, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or you can send us an e-mail at customerservice@lapisproperties.com.
3.2 Cancellation Policy: If applicable, any cancellation of services must be made according to the terms specified in the contract related to the real estate transaction.
4.1 Data Protection: We use secure payment gateway to process your transactions and to protect your payment information. However, we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of your payment information, unless such access or disclosure is due to our negligence.
4.2 Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel any payment or suspend any transaction that appears fraudulent or unauthorized.
5.1 Service Availability: We aim to ensure that the payment services on our website are available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for any delays or failures in processing payments.
5.2 Limitation of Damages: Our liability is limited to the amount of the payment made. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of our online payment services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates Federal Law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
